If I ever need therapy for some kind of reason, Jorge Bucay is the man where I would go to, even without being diagnosed to need treatment. To fly you have to begin taking risks.

It made me smile quite a lot of times. It made me emotional quite a lot of times. No puedo decir que sea el mejor libro que he leido, pero es inevitable reflexionar con ciertas cosas y pienso que eso es bueno, por tanto cualquier libro que te haga pensar debo recomendarlo y este lo hago moderadamente. It probably helps if you relate to Demian the protagonist. Perhaps the chapter that interested me most is about the different types of therapy, because I feel that I have done all three: The book is about his sessions with his therapist Jorge who jkrge him little stories that are both inspirational and salutary.

I’d prostibuoo give it a 3,5 star rating, but since that’s not possible on here, it rounds up to 4. Everyone who decides to read this book will find something for themselves and as Bucay says you need to find hidden diamond in every story.

I found this book almost therapeutic. Both the individual stories and the book as a whole are inspiring and full of wisdom and take home messages worth reflecting on. Every chapter is basically a story that the psychotherapist is telling to his patient Damien and every story has a hidden meaning.

And, of course, is no substitute for therapy.

This book was painful to read. Zum verschenken definitiv nie ein Fehlgriff. But it touches upon so many things only briefly. View all 3 comments. Jorge and the prostiblo on the other hand were very lovely and touching, many of the topics had me thinking for days even after finishing the book and I hope that Prostibylo able to remember them just as well as Jorge did.
